As a native of Lyon, I really enjoy walking down the streets of Old Lyon and listening to more and more world travellers and international students talking different languages…
I sometimes see myself as a French in Lyon International Culture Land and I love it.
Lyon is a multicultural city as many inhabitants come from Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Spain and Italy.
Although the local people are said to be rather distant when they do not know you,
regular cultural festivals and events are organized in Lyon to celebrate the relationships between the different communities.
